This Privacy Policy explains how DimitriScales, operated by TRILLY CLUB LLC (“DimitriScales,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit dimitriscales.com or ask us to quote a job.

Information We Collect

• What you send us in the quote form. Your name, business name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — a phone number, a description of what you need, and a note about your budget. We use it to reply to you with a quote. Nothing in that form is required except your name, business, email, and what you need.
• No payment information. There is nothing to buy on this site. We do not operate a checkout, and we never ask for or receive card details here.
• IP address, briefly. When you submit the quote form we store a short-lived record tied to your IP address so the form cannot be flooded with automated submissions. It exists only to rate-limit and expires on its own.
• Usage & analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, referring source, device type, and whether the quote form was submitted. It sets cookies in your browser to tell one visit from the next. We do not record your screen, and we do not capture what you type into the quote form beyond the submission you deliberately send us.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, quote the work, and carry out the job if you go ahead. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share it only with the service providers that make the site run — our email delivery provider, which carries your quote request to us and our acknowledgement back to you, and Google Analytics — and only to the extent needed to do that.

Email Preferences

We do not run a marketing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from — the only emails we send are replies to what you asked us. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us, and we will.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work with reputable providers and follow sensible safeguards to keep your data protected.
